We view our partnerships as TRUE PARTNERS. We are not looking to make a quick buck and do not charge any administrative fees for our service. We are here for the journey and strive for transparency.

Pritt Investment partners is seeking to work with new or growing companies that have a clear pathway to profits and sales.
We are different than other venture firms in the following ways:

– We want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people, just like the companies with which we are looking to partner. 

–  Our avenue to accomplish this is through the products and services of the companies with which we partner and we are motivated to help them get to market or expand their market share as quickly as possible

–  We are a socially conscious company and diversity and inclusion are important to us.  Our firm invests in a sound robust D&I program that we share with our partnering companies at no cost to them.

–  Our return expectations are clear and we focus on our “3x5xe approach”. With this approach, we aim to triple our initial investment in five years and retain our equity position up to any exit period. We are long-term partners and work hard to see the businesses in which we invest succeed! As true partners we want us all to reap the rewards of a successful business and we are in it to win it!

– We utilize a “Venture Portal” which is accessible by all to track your venture initiative through the funding pipeline. We ask for some basic information upfront to make us smarter about your Venture and its funding needs while also streamlining our funding processes. 

– We use Carta, a leader in the VC industry, to manage disbursements throughout our Partnership. Carta enables us to make milestone dispersals easily while providing the specifics of the dispersals throughout our Partnership journey.

We have a strong leadership team that is excited to PARTNER with you. We are confident your entrepreneurial spirit will be matched by ours and together we can accomplish the robust goals you have set out for your company when you first dreamt of its creation.

Funding Process

We leverage our existing funding process when evaluating companies in which to invest. This process has proven to be very successful and after all,  if it’s not broke, why fix it.
